Speedometer (Reader Submission)

This one comes from reader Jeffrey. It's a simple emblem, but it looks great.

Layer 1: Baseball bat (needle of the speedometer)
Layer 2: Thin Oval, black (trims down the lower layers and makes the curved bottom of the speedometer)
Layer 3: Record, red, outline (the basic shape of the speedometer)
Layer 4-9: Thin rectangle, white (lines on the speedometer)
Layer 10: Circle, blue (background of speedometer)
Layer 11: Rounded square, black (background of emblem)
