Layer 1: Rectangle, white, sideways (eyes)
Layer 2-5: Rectangle, thin, black (arms and legs)
Layer 6: Rectangle, medium, black (body)
Layer 7-11: Rectangle, thin (rainbody behind body)

The trick here is to make sure that the rainbow is drawn at the lower layers, and the body of Commando Video is drawn above the rainbow. This makes sure that you have a clean border between the two.
