Layer 2: Rectangle, thin, white (headband)
Layer 3: Bullet belt, black (makes the hair that pokes down below the headband)
Layer 4-5: 9, round (rotate sideways to make the eyes; one eye will need to be flipped)
Layer 6: Machete, black (mouth)
Layer 7: Shield, flesh-colored (face)
Layer 8: Shield, brown (put just below and just to the left of layer 7; this creates a visual border between the face and the body)
Layer 9: Wotsit, black (put it behind the head and rotate it sideways; you're using this to create the hair)
Layer 10: Asterisk, white, very large (rotate it slightly to make Ryu's outfit)
Layer 11: Oval, flesh-colored (this makes the body; you'll have to rotate it slightly to the left to make the body and arm look right.
