Cookie Monster (plus bonus Elmo)

These emblems are incredibly popular and incredibly simple to make!

Layer 1-3: Circle, black (chocolate chips on cookie)
Layer 4: Circle, brown (cookie)
Layer 5-6: Circle, black (eye dots)
Layer 7-8: Circle, white (eyes)
Layer 9: Oval, sideways, black (mouth)
Layer 10: Wotsit, blue (head)

It's also trivial to switch this over to an Elmo emblem. Just drop the first four layers which make the cookie, switch the face color to red, add a nose (an orange circle), and use a red rectangle to trim the top of the mouth slightly to make it look like a smile.
