Cartoon Eye #1

This is the second eye emblem I've done; the first being the Catseye. I've decided to put together a series of various cartoon eyes; they look fantastic as gun emblems, and they let you use the game's simplistic emblem editor to create some fantastically detailed images.

Layer 1: Circle, white (eye highlight)
Layer 2: Circle, black (pupil)
Layer 3: Circle, dark blue (covers the handle of the umbrella)
Layer 4: Circle, blue (the lower portion of the eye gradient)
Layer 5: Circle, dark blue (iris)
Layer 6: Circle, white (just larger than layer 5; just enough to create a border around it)
Layer 7: Circle, black (just larger than layer 6, just enough to create a border around it)
Layer 8/9: Football, white (one football makes the eyeball; the other is turned 180 degrees from it to cover up the laces and gaps in the football to make a solid oval shape)
Layer 10/11: Cartoon grin, black (they are expanded very large and clip out the sides of the canvas space to make the top and bottom black borders of the eye).
