It's not a particularly difficult emblem to pull off, but it gets good reactions in lobbies!
Layer 1/2: Thin oval, black (corners of mouth)
Layer 3: Thin oval, black (middle of mouth)
Layer 4: Curved line, black (mouth)
Layer 5: Private rank emblem, black (nose)
Layer 6/7: Curved line, small, black (pokes out of eyes)
Layer 8/9: Circle, black (eyes)
Layer 10/11: Curved line, black (eyebrows)
Layer 12: Square, dark red (fills the entire canvas space)
