Layer 1: Plus sign, gray
Layer 2: Shield, gran (point of headgear)
Layer 3-5: Rectangles, black (trims the face)
Layer 6: Mouth, black
Layer 7: Oval, flesh-colored (face)
Layer 8: Indentend Shield, black (hole in headgear)
Layer 9/10: Triangle, dark gray (shadow)
Layer 11: Pointy Shield, gray, upside down
Layer 12: Medium oval, gray (top of headgear)

    There's, like, eight shield emblems and none of them are caled "Spiked shield". Could you be more specific?

    Just checked - the game actually calls it a "Pointy Shield," not a spiked shield. My bad.

    The mouth is actually "Cartoon Lips" and if you can't figure out what "flesh-colored" means, you might have bigger problems.
