Layer 1: Medium Oval, blue (inside of the top of the "g")
Layer 2: Oval, yellow (inside of the bottom of the "g")
Layer 3: Oval, white (top of the "g")
Layer 4: Oval, white (bottom of the "g")
Layer 5/6: Curved Line, white (joins the top and bottom of the "g")
Layer 7: Rectangle, blue (put it down the left side of the emblem; makes the blue background portion)
Layer 8: Circle, green (makes the green background portion)
Layer 9: Square, red (fill the entire canvas area; ends up making the red background portion)
