The latest in the Eye Series.

Layer 1: Circle, black (pupil)
Layer 2: 8-pointed star, very light blue (starburst inside eye)
Layer 3: Circle, light blue (iris)
Layer 4: Circle, black (slightly larger than layer 3; makes a border around it)
Layer 5/6: Football, white (makes the eye shape; one football is upside down so they cover the gaps in each shape)
Layer 7: Football, black (slightly larger than layers 5 and 6 to make a border)
Layer 8-11: Cartoon grin, black (eyelashes)
